Originally from Albania and now based in Veneto, Italy, I’ve built my life and career across different countries, cultures, and working environments. Moving between places and perspectives has shaped the way I work: with curiosity, adaptability, and a deep interest in how people respond to change, pressure, and one another.

My background spans coaching, training, mindfulness, project management, and organisational development. Over the years, I’ve worked across vocational education, people development, and international programmes, including work with UNDP Albania and the Berlin Center for Integrative Mediation.

Today, my focus is on emotional intelligence and regulation, helping people better understand what they’re feeling, recognise the patterns behind their responses, and create more space to act with clarity, intention, and confidence.

I speak Albanian, Italian, English, and German, and moving between languages and cultures has deeply shaped the way
I connect with people. It has taught me to listen closely and appreciate the different ways we experience, communicate, and make sense of emotion.
